Presented by the Arizona Small Business Association , a 3,000 statewide member body of business owners, our aim is to raise the profile of the companies that create a better business environment and build a stronger economy in Southern Arizona.
The awards are open to privately held organizations of all sizes that have been in operation for three years or more and are headquartered in Southern Arizona. The closing date of entry is October 19th, 2007.
Made up of 5 categories, the short list of finalists will be invited to a Photo Shoot on November 20th, 2007, prior to the announcement of the winners at the ceremony held at the Fox Tucson Theatre on March 6th, 2008.
Guided by a panel of judges from a wide range of business interests, each year, the awards are structured to enable companies of all sizes to have an equal chance of being a winner. These companies are inspiring examples of what can be achieved while rising to the exciting challenges of running a business in this region.
The categories include: Culture and People, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Use of Technology and a first for this year, Environmental Awareness.
